  34.            HELP TEXT --- Paradox Sort Order SK 2 allows you to change
  35.            the sort order of your Time Planner, Address Book, and Phone
  36.            Book by copying one of the *.SOR files to PARADOX.SOR. You
  37.            can choose Ascii, International, Norwegian / Danish, or
  38.            Swedish / Finnish. If you have changed SK 2's sort order you
  39.            MUST change CALSK2's to match. Toggle this field with the
  40.            Space/+/- keys.

  57.           README         - Changes or important information not included in
  58.                            the printed documentation (CALSK2.DOC).
  59.           REGISTER.BAT   - A BATch file to print out the registration form
  60.                            to your printer (LPT1)
  61.           REGFORM.DOC    - The actual Registration Form
  62.           PRINTDOC.BAT   - A BATch file to print out this documentation
  63.                            file to your printer (LPT1)
  64.           VENDOR.DOC     - Instructions to Disk Vendors who wish to
  65.                            distribute CALSK2.

  67.                Copy these files onto your disk into your Sidekick 2
  68.           directory. Then, consider how you want to run CALSK2 and set your
  69.           options (See: Installation Program later in this file). Once
  70.           installed, the only file you need to keep on your disk is
  71.           CALSK2.EXE. We recommend you keep the install program close by in
  72.           case you want to change any of your defaults.

  98.           Please note that a space IS REQUIRED between the option switch
  99.           '/o' and it's parameter. Dates MUST be in the form MM/DD/YY (all
  100.           2-Digit Numbers). Under DOS 3.x and above CALSK2 will search for
  101.           the Time Planner file "/C" in the following places:

  103.              Current Directory
  104.              Directory where CALSK2 resides (It's a good idea to put CALSK2
  105.              in the same directory as SideKick 2
  106.              DOS Path

  108. Installation Program
  109.  
  110.                CALSK2 comes with a simple installation program. This
  111.           program allows you to set some of the DEFAULTS that CALSK2 uses.
  112.           Most of these are pretty straight forward but a small explanation
  113.           is appropriate at this point.
  114.  
  115.                To use the installation program all you need to do is type
  116.           in CALSINST. CALSINST MUST be in the same directory as CALSK2 and
  117.           CALSK2 must not be renamed.

  144.                To register CALSK2 fill out the registration form included
  145.           on the distribution disk, and send a check or money order (in US
  146.           funds only) for the appropriate amount to:

  159.                user to upgrades and telephone support.

  161.           .    Provide the user with a printed copy of the documentation
  162.                and the latest copy of the software. Please specify disk
  163.                size on the registration form. If no disk size is specified
  164.                5 1/4 inch disks will be sent.
